This fantastic fully winterized and fully furnished hide-away has a partial view of the lake and is located on a very quiet street. The interior and exterior both have all the amenities for total relaxation. The large rear deck has a fire pit and bench seating around the perimeter. The covered front deck has bench seating as well and is a great place to relax or barbeque (gas). The interior has recently been very nicely redecorated with new furniture, paint, carpets, lino, draperies and lighting. The furnace was replaced in 2010. The kitchen has an eating bar with 5 chairs. The living room has a beautiful stone, wood burning fireplace and the dining area is located near the front window from which there is the view of the lake. For other activities, there is the rear sun room as well as the 9 X 12 play house. Annual Fee of $915.00 includes water, sewer and garbage.
